Elon Warranty Support

is provided by the Electrolux Kwikot National Call Centre

All calls must be reported to the National Call Centre.

Please send an email to za_insure@electrolux.com or alternatively contact 0861 594 568.

Electrolux / Kwikot will require the following information from the client:

  • Name and Surname
  • Physical address (where product is installed)
  • Email address
  • Contact information (mobile or landline)
  • Elon serial number
  • Brief description of the failure

Should no Elon serial number be available, one of the following documents will be required to register the warranty claim:

  • Proof of installation (Copy of installer’s invoice).
  • COC issued to the client.
  • Purchase invoice with the client’s information / Elon details.

Proof of purchase stating “cash” client and without Elon details will under no circumstances be considered.
